How to Start a Return:

Download and print your prepaid return label

Pack your items securely and include your invoice in the package
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Hosiery, tights, and socks must be unopened (for hygiene reasons)
- Multi-pair packs must be returned in full and unopened
- Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
Checkout+ Option:
At checkout, you can choose to pay a small fee of $3.98 to unlock free return shipping later for eligible items in your order. If selected, there’s no charge for sending items back. If not selected, you will be responsible for a higher return shipping fee of $12 at the rates in effect at the time of your return.
Note: this does not exempt your order from final sale or other return restrictions.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please email consumercare@HUE.com or call 1-800-575-3497 before initiating a return
Retail Store Purchases:
Items purchased from a retail store or third-party website must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Additional Notes:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who we believe are abusing our policy.
- Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed.
- Original shipping and return insurance fees are non-refundable.
