Email Requirement

An email address is required when you purchase online. We will need to send emails regarding your order confirmation and shipping information. We will not sell or use your email information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Phone Orders

If you prefer, you can place your order over the phone by calling 1-800-575-3497 M-F (8-5pm) closed weekends and holidays. To expedite your call, please be sure to write down the brand, style, color, size and desired quantity prior to calling.

Canceling Orders

If you find any errors in your order confirmation email or need to cancel the order, follow the link provided in the email to re-access your order history. You will be able to cancel the order by clicking the "cancel" button at the bottom of the page. You must cancel your order by 2 a.m. the next business day. If the "cancel" button is unavailable, call a customer service representative at 1-800-575-3497.

Shipping and Handling

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. We make every effort to ship within 5 business days (excluding holidays). Shipping and handling is $5 for all orders. No international orders are accepted at this time. To ship to separate addresses, you must complete separate orders. You are responsible for shipping costs on returns and original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your product please send it back for a refund or exchange. If you have worn your product, please launder and securely package before returning. Indicate the reason you are returning the product and include your packing slip. Return postage cannot be reimbursed. Your refund will be posted to your credit card in 3-4 weeks. Send return to:
